GRANT “SPICY” MENARD

Grant “Spicy” Menard is the Founder and Owner of Menard Premium Detailing, with more than 11 years of experience in the automotive detailing industry. He founded the company in 2015 and grew it into a seven-figure business within three years of going full-time in 2018. Grant holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business and Management from Penn State University.

Grant specializes in paint protection film, ceramic coatings, window tinting, and premium vehicle care. Under his leadership, Menard Premium Detailing has earned STEK Black Label installer status, CarPro Certified shop recognition, and additional manufacturer certifications. His expertise also includes developing vehicle protection programs for Porsche dealerships and maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.



Grant also serves as Director of Business Management at Urable and owns Power Moves Consulting, helping detailing businesses nationwide improve their operations and growth. He is a member of the International Detailing Association (IDA) and the Union League of Philadelphia. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, flying, golfing, traveling, and pursuing his passion for Porsche vehicles.
